The government team accused the Houthi militias of using UN buildings to target the Joint Forces in al-Hodeida city, western Yemen, on Saturday.

The head of the Government Team in the committee, Maj. Gen. Saghir Hamoud Aziz called on the Danish General Michael Lollesgaard, the head of the UN mission observers to visit the affected areas in al-Hodeida.

In an official letter to Lollesgaard, Saghir Hamoud Aziz said that the Houthi militias launched an attack on sites of the Joint Forces, using the UN facilities in their attack on the Joint Resistance sites.

The letter added that the Houthi militias carry out daily violations in targeting the liberated areas, including in al-Saleh city.

Aziz's letter made clear that the Houthi militias killed ten of the Resistance Forces and injured twenty in the liberated areas.

Aziz stressed that the government team called on the UN mission to provide an effective monitoring team so as to play a role in contact lines between the Resistance forces and the Houthi militias backed by Iran.

According to the Stockholm agreement, the UN mission does not have the capability and ability to monitor the cease-fire in the province in full, which makes the Houthi militias invest this absence by attacking the positions of the Joint forces and civilians.
