The Governor of Hadhramaut, Major General Faraj Al-Bahsani, revealed the reason for the suspension of Al-Rayyan International Airport after restarting it with Emirati support.
In Hadramout, the governor of Hadhramaut said, "The Yemeni government did not inform Egypt and other countries p that Al-Rayyan airport is ready, and that flights can be operated from and recently rehabilitated."
The governor of Hadhramaut stressed that the reason for stopping is not because of the local authority in the governorate, nor is it because of the Arab coalition, but rather because of a slight administrative gag that will be overcome very soon.
The Governor Al-Bahsani indicated that he had telephoned the President of the Republic during the past two days, and the Prime Minister, who is currently in Egypt, to talk about the resumption of flights to Al-Rayyan Airport.
