Heavy Houthi casualties in fierce battles north of Dhale’

A number of Houthi militia members were killed and others wounded, including field commanders, on Thursday, during battles that followed a militia attack on the southern forces positions in the Battar sector and Tabah Qulaiya between the districts of al-Hasha and Qutabah, northwest of Dhale’.
Field military sources said that the Houthi militia launched an attack early Thursday morning towards the locations of the southern forces in Qufa and Qulaiya north of the town of Battar, but it was met with a decisive response.
It added, that armed clashes erupted between the two parties, with light and medium weapons, during which the joint southern forces managed to break the attack after a number of Houthi militia members were killed or wounded, including field leaders.
