Major General Saghir Aziz appointed as Chief of the General Staff

Today, Presidential Decree No. (10) of 2020 was issued, the first article of which stipulated the appointment of Major General / Saghir Hammoud Aziz, Commander of Joint Operations, as Chairman of the General Staff and promoted to the rank of team.
The second article of this decision stipulated its implementation from the date of its issuance and publication in the Official Gazette.
Major General Saghir Aziz was the head of the joint operations.
