Al Bayda, Newsyemen:

The Houthi militia kidnapped the owner and director of Al-Ahli Hospital in the city of Al-Bayda, under its control, and transferred him to its detention centers in the city of Radaa, in a move that was widely resented by the residents.
A local source said, Houthi militias arrested Dr. Muhammad Al-Qaisi, owner and director of Al-Qaisi Specialized Hospital from Al-Bayda without legal justification and imprisoned him in the city of Radaa.

It indicated that there was no justification for sending the kidnapper to Radaa and that he was supposed to be tried in the city of Al-Bayda where there are courts if any convictions are proven to him.
He added that Dr. Al-Qaisi had previously been arrested by the Houthi militia for the purpose of blackmail more than five times since its takeover of Al-Bayda in 2014.

The people of Al-Bayda expressed their strong dissatisfaction with the arrest of the man of goodness, Dr. Muhammad Al-Qaisi, and demanded his prompt release of his residence, hospital and prestige, as well as their willingness to provide a commercial guarantee for his release.
