Houthi prisons for women in al-Hodeida Houthis release woman activist in exchange for Houthi prisoner
English - Sunday 10 February 2019 الساعة 04:45 pmThe Houthi militias released a woman detainee in a Houthi secret prison in al-Hodeida province, west Yemen, amid efforts by government representatives of the Redeployment Coordination Committee.
The Brigadier Ahmed al-Kawkabani, a member of the Government Delegation in the Tripartite Committee, said that the Houthi militias kidnapped the woman activist Dhekra Saeed Abdullah in early January while she was working for a humanitarian organization.
The woman activist Dhekra, was detained for 50 days, released in exchange for a Houthi captive. The activist was received on al-Hodeida port
