The local authority in the Mawza district and the International Medical Corps inaugurated two health units in the Al-Aqmah and Al-Yatimah areas after their restoration.

The two units had been out of service since the coup of the Houthi militia, but the organization started a few months ago to restore them and equip them with medical tools to receive patients in those villages that are isolated from services.

The Director of the Health Office in the Directorate, Abdul Rahim Al Qasimi, thanked the International Medical Corps for its effective role in achieving sustainable projects in the health sector.

Al-Qasimi called on organizations working in the health sector to do more services that benefit the citizens and the displaced in Mawza and the villages near Al-Barah and Al-Kadha.

The International Medical Corps is one of the active organizations that has re-established many health units and centers that were parked in Mocha and distributed.
