Aden, NewsYemen, Exclusive:

The aggression against the south, which is being carried out by the local authority loyal to the Brotherhood in Shabwa governorate, aroused public anger after it prevented an event of the Transitional Council, on Wednesday, in Ataq.

Abed Rabbo Al-Awlaki wrote a notice in which he compared the authorities of Shabwa and the authorities of Aden Governorate, saying: “In Ataq, not only the independent Aden Channel is not allowed to work in it, but rather a hospital breakfast project and a passerby that carries the transitional slogan. Most of its programs are from Aden.

Commenting on the arrest of the Director of the Human Rights Department in the Southern Transitional Council, by the Brotherhood authorities in Shabwa, Morocco, on Wednesday, Al-Awlaki said: “What we have said is that they are correct and seek the reunification of Shabwani, so that Al-Baba’a has surrounded the Ma'rib compound, Hawat al-Sewar with the wrist, there is no benefit.”

On Wednesday, Ahmed Al-Hakal was arrested after storming a gathering of young volunteers during the distribution of breakfast meals to patients at Ataq and Abra Sabil Hospital provided by the Transitional Council.

A member of the National Assembly of the Transitional Council in Shabwa Governorate, Brigadier General Saleh Ali Bilal, called that arrest "the second battle of Ramadan in Ataq." Bilal said that the incursion, with which the authorities and militia forces of Shabwa, gained spoils of fasting meals provided by volunteers affiliated with the transitional to poor families and passers-by.

He added, "A modern invasion in which horses were not used, but with modern weapons, armored crews from the coalition forces, and it achieved a landslide victory by arresting all the volunteers."

For his part, human rights activist Anis al-Sharik called for an end to the violations practiced by the Brotherhood’s authority in Shabwa governorate against detainees in its private prisons.

In a post on Facebook, Al-Sharik said, we call on both the humanitarian and international organizations and all concerned to urgently intervene to stop the human rights violations in Shabwa governorate and release the detainees.

Al-sharik confirmed that since the forces and militias of Shabwa governor "Muhammad Saleh bin Adi" and the Islah party militia took control of Shabwa governorate, they have practiced numerous violations against the sons, citizens and activists of Shabwa, as violations escalated in Shabwa governorate between killing, arrest campaigns, enforced disappearance, suppression of peaceful activities and torture of detainees.

Al-sharik added, in fact, we hoped that after the Shabwa governor’s play and his meeting a few days ago on the Zoom program with some international organizations and a representative of the International Committee of Experts and the United Nations Office for Humanitarian Affairs, he would be ashamed of his promises made and his claim to respect human rights, that he would release the detainees, but the opposite happened. Today (Wednesday) the Shabwa governor forces arrested everyone belonging to the Transitional Council in Ataq because they and volunteers distributed breakfast to the needy, and they were arrested simply because of the presence of the Transitional Council logo and some of them belonging to the Transitional Council

Al-sharik published pictures of detainees in the prisons of the Shabwa governor, who were waiting and the families of the detainees and forcibly disappeared wished that they would be released in Ramadan.

In addition, the writer Saleh Ali Al-Duwail expressed his solidarity with the young fighter, Ahmad Al-Hakal, and demanded that he and those with him be released immediately, and an apology to them.

Al-Duwail said, "Their crime is to have breakfast and dinner for patients in Ataq hospitals, why do they arrest them, or if Ataq became a private sector for the Brotherhood reform associations."
